Overview
Each of Avaya’s hundreds of business units produced their own intranet sites, with no centralized authority or uniform standards. I participated in creating the vision of a unified intranet built around employees’ needs. In subsequent projects, I worked on realizing the intranet vision through the creation of standards, reorganization of content, and the architecture of both general and sales-specific portals.
